web, cyber, computerIBM has extended two contracts with cloud electronic invoicing services provider Direct Insite covering electronic invoice services.

One three-year extension is for a global services contract involving the Invoices On-Line tol and a separate one-year extension is for customer presentable invoices, with both effective Jan. 1, Direct Insite said Thursday.

“We’re very pleased that IBM has decided to continue its relationship with Direct Insite,” said Matthew Oakes, president and CEO of Direct Insite.

Oakes added Direct Insite works to help IBM build relationships.

Invoices On-Line is designed to produce electronic invoices on summary cost data and online-based line item detail presentations, include ancillary information related to invoices and to manage of line-items or invoices through self-service online portal.

IBM supports the e-invoicing program in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.
