CH2MhillCH2M HILL has moved to realign its business to focus on five markets and six regions as part of a strategy to work with customers on fulfilling infrastructure requirements.

The company will transition its business to energy, environment and nuclear; facilities and urban environments; transportation; and water market services, CH2M HILL said Thursday.

Mike McKelvy will lead a new global delivery environment that was formed to combine the Asia-Pacific, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Middle East and U.S. geographic regions.

“These core markets and geographies are integral to advancing the quality of life and economic vitality in the communities and business sectors that we are proud to serve,” said Jacqueline Hinman, president and CEO of CH2M HILL.

Mike Szomjassy has been appointed to oversee the energy market, Chris Shea for the environment and nuclear segment, Bob Bailey for the facilities and urban environments business and Terry Ruhl for the transportation market.

Greg McIntyre will lead the water market and Elisa Speranza, formerly president of CH2M HILL’s operations management business group, has been named global managing director of corporate affairs and strategic consulting.
