DeltekDeltek updated its project scheduling tool offering in an effort to help customers complete their tasks.

The Acumen 6.0 is designed to integrate with key scheduling platforms and synchronize with Deltek RiskBook risk registers, Deltek said Monday.

Namita Dhallan, executive vice president of product strategy and engineering at Deltek, said the company intends for the updated product to help clients “assess and improve the plans they have created regardless of their planning tool.”

“We’ve furthered this initiative by adding integration with Safran Project,” Dhallan added.

The new version of Acumen features fresh analytical tools built to assist users in identifying crucial project areas that need on-time execution and scheduling mitigation efforts through the Critical Schedule Drivers report.

Deltek also incorporated a new functionality into Acumen 6.0 to help users manage short-term, high-stakes projects.
