The U.S. Army has awarded DynCorp International a $45.5 million contract to offer technical assistance to the Iraqi army on vehicle repairs and maintenance work.
The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract contains a base term of one year and could reach $139.3 million in total value if the service branch exercises the two option years, DynCorp said Monday.
DynCorp will perform work in Taji, Iraq.
Randy Bockenstedt, DynLogistics senior vice president at DynCorp International, said the company has worked with U.S. service personnel in Iraq since 2003.
