URS has been awarded a $93 million contract to develop propellants and life support services for NASA’s Florida-based Kennedy Space Center.
The AECOM company will work to store and distribute different fluids, and manage and maintain mobile and fixed propellant systems, NASA said Thursday.
URS will also deliver, operate and manufacture protective and respiratory equipment under the indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract.
The contract contains a five-year base period, one two-year option and one one-year option.
