centurylink_logojpgThe Texas Health and Human Services Commission has awarded CenturyLink a contract to migrate the agency’s analog phone systems to a cloud-hosted voice over Internet protocol infrastructure.

CenturyLink said Monday it will help implement and operate the VoIP service with the company’s Managed Enterprise: Hosted Collaboration Solution.

Kenny Wyatt, senior vice president of business solutions at CenturyLink, said the company seeks to help organizations increase enterprise agility, collaboration and efficiency through the managed services platform.

Texas HHSC wants the unified communications system to help agency employees access voice and messaging features using multiple devices or during remote work.
