software engineeringThe Agriculture Department will purchase AINS-developed employee relations and labor relations applications under a five-year, $92 million blanket purchase agreement USDA uses to acquire non-core human resource tools for the agency’s National Finance Center systems.

AINS said Tuesday the company will offer the eCase HR ER/LR applications to all federal government agencies under the agreement and provide NFC customers a platform to procure, integrate and modernize employee and labor relations case management systems.

“Modernizing how agencies handle labor and employee relations is a key factor in nurturing a high performing workforce,” said Moe Goswami, AINS CEO.

Goswami added innovative technologies provide agencies tools that help efforts to align and engage the next generation of workers.

ER/LR applications are built to help facilitate the filing and tracking process of grievances, employee actions and other case types and the digitization of such applications help automate non-core human resource functions to meet workforce readiness.

AINS designed its eCase HR adaptive case management system was designed to provide customers a secure, easy-to-use and flexible platform that unifies human resource functions.
