Eagle Hill to Offer Human Capital Services via GSA Schedule 738X - top government contractors - best government contracting eventEagle Hill Consulting has been awarded a spot on the General Services Administration‘s Schedule 738X contract vehicle to offer human resources support services to federal agencies.

The company said Monday it will provide organizational development, workforce planning, human capital strategy, organizational design, position classification, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement and communications services through Schedule 738X.

GSA created the schedule as a means for agencies to procure a range of HR, equal employment opportunity and social services from the private sector.

“Perhaps the top challenge for nearly all agencies this year will be in the human capital arena – from workforce planning to employee engagement,” said Eagle Hill President and CEO Melissa Jezior.

Jezior added she believes agency leaders can address future workforce changes through a dialogue with employees; recognition programs to boost morale; and a shift to a risk and requirements approach in terms of workforce planning.

Eagle Hill also holds a position on GSA and the Office of Personnel Management‘s Human Capital and Training Solutions indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract.
