Dale Moore

Dale Moore, former head of business development at the U.S. Army and missile defense division at Modern Technology Solutions Inc., has assumed the role of vice president for business development.

MTSI said Tuesday Moore has also been appointed site lead at the engineering and technology company’s Colorado Springs office.

“Dale’s proven record includes exceptional systems engineering and program management support to government programs across the defense sector including the Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Army and NASA,” said Kevin Robinson, president and CEO of MTSI.

Moore’s previous position also includes duties as head of the modeling and simulation business unit and he has worked on the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense program and the Army’s Future Combat Systems.

He currently serves as task order lead on MTSI’s modeling and simulation engineering efforts under the Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services – Group 3 vehicle.
