A business unit of General Dynamics has secured a potential 10-year, $36.3 million contract to repair or replace mission systems installed on multiple U.S. Navy aircraft platforms.

General Dynamics Mission Systems will also provide program support for Advanced Mission Computer systems onboard F/A-18 E/F, EA 18G and AV-8B, the Defense Department said Friday.

The performance-based logistics contract has a five-year base value of $17.3 million and the performance period will run through April 2023.

Work could extend through April 2028 if the Navy exercises all options.

The Naval Supply Systems Command’s Weapon Systems Support unit solicited one offer for the non-competitive requirement and the service branch will use annual fiscal year working capital funds to finance delivery orders.
