Washington Business Journal Lists ViON Among Largest Government Tech Contractors - top government contractors - best government contracting event

The Washington Business Journal has listed Herndon, Va.-based ViON as the 53rd-largest government technology contractor in the D.C. area.

The cloud service provider said Thursday the recognition was based on its 2017 revenue and workforce, which supports ViON’s government clients in fixing technical problems to boost business productivity.

“We attribute our growth within this sector to the increasing demand for our broad portfolio of cloud, infrastructure and analytics solutions delivered as-a-service,” said ViON Chairman and CEO Tom Frana.

Frana added the firm’s Data Center as-a-Service offering enables public and private entities to enhance their data center operations while saving costs and increasing governance and accountability.

ViON also recently introduced its ViON MarketPlace self-service platform to address the demand for a simplified approach in managing as-a-service offerings from end-to-end across different manufacturers.
