Charles River Analytics to Develop Mission Planning Tool for US Navy Pilots - top government contractors - best government contracting eventCharles River Analytics has received a potential two-year, $750,000 contract for the development of a user interface for U.S. Navy pilots’ mission planning.

The company said Tuesday it will help enhance mission planning for Navy pilots under the Intuitive User Interfaces for Task-Tailored Planning contract.

Stephanie Kane, Charles River senior scientist and INTUIT principal investigator, said the company aims to provide a clear and predictable UI to allow the pilots to fully utilize mission planning systems.

INTUIT will feature a card-based UI that will discard complex navigation and deep menu structures and will be geared to provide quick access to mission planning tools and accommodate the future integration of new planning functions.
