EY Announces Leadership Changes as Part of Infrastructure Capability Consolidation Effort - top government contractors - best government contracting event

EY has made a series of leadership changes as part of its transaction advisory services business’ move to merge infrastructure capabilities across practices in the Americas.

The move also aims to facilitate the delivery of services to clients in public and private sectors that develop, operate and acquire transportation, power and utilities, telecommunications and other critical infrastructure, EY said Monday.

Mike Parker, former head of Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, will serve as EY’s infrastructure leader in the Americas. He has advised clients on procurement, finance, public-private partnerships and strategy related to infrastructure projects.

Connie Cassidy, a senior transaction diligence partner, will oversee the company’s infrastructure private equity in the Americas. The 15-year industry veteran will help expand TAS’ infrastructure capabilities for pension and sovereign wealth funds.

Tom Rousakis, senior managing director of EYIA, will replace Parker as head of EYIA. He served as co-leader of P3 and transportation initiatives at Goldman Sachs’ public finance practice prior to his move to EY in 2013.

“Today, infrastructure clients from governments to private equity, sovereign and pension investors are seeking a wide range of professional services and management consulting capabilities that reflects the breadth of their ambitions, and they want the delivery of those resources in a fully integrated manner,” said Bill Casey, EY Americas vice chair for TAS segment.
