Northrop to Help Develop, Implement Tools on Cybercom's Unified Platform - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Northrop Grumman has received a two-year, $24M contract from the U.S. Air Force to develop and incorporate technical features into a unified platform designed to support U.S. Cyber Command operations.

The company said Thursday it will perform work under the Cyber Enterprise Services contract primarily in San Antonio.

“We look forward to continuing our strong mission partnership with the Air Force, Cyber Command and the joint forces to develop, launch and operationalize the full spectrum of cyber capabilities,” said Christopher Valentino, vice president of global cyber solutions at Northrop.

The company plans to use a continuous approach to develop, operate and maintain systems within an Agile-based environment as part of efforts to help the Air Force address mission technology requirements.

Northrop is among the five companies selected by the military branch to support the CES program and also serves as the systems coordinator for Cybercom’s unified platform.
