The Air Force Materiel Command is conducting market research into technical service offerings for product data systems and processes.

A FedBizOpps notice posted Monday says AFMC requires systems and data management and enterprise migration support to maintain highly specialized technical activities at Robins Air Force Base.

The command utilizes technology platforms to manage data capture, convertion, storage, maintenance, distribution and management functions for product information within the U.S. Air Force's enterprise system.

A potential vendor will help AFMC manage computing hardware and software needed to align technical data systems and information to the latest Air Force data standards, as well as examine connections between various product data types.

Robins AFB handles nearly 54K technical order documents and increments.

Interested parties can submit responses to the sources sought notice through June 13.
