Los Angeles-based space technology company LinQuest has appointed Silvia Van Dusen, Matt Klein, Douglas Manya and Rich Martin to its senior leadership team.

Silvia Van Dusen, former vice president of human resources at LISI Aerospace, will serve as senior vice president and chief HR officer, LinQuest said Thursday.

She will be responsible for developing HR strategy, establishing culture, and managing career development, benefits and compensation in her new position.

Matt Klein, former senior VP and chief financial officer at Vectrus, will assume the same positions at LinQuest. He will oversee financial leadership efforts with respect to changes in the government services market.

Douglas Manya, former executive VP, general counsel and secretary of LGS Innovations, will be SVP, general counsel and secretary. In his new role, he will provide advisory support to LinQuest’s managers and board of directors on matters concerning policy and operations.

Rich Martin, former LGS chief information officer and a 25-year information technology veteran, will serve as SVP and CIO of LinQuest.
