SOSi Language Service Gets Industry Certification - top government contractors - best government contracting event

SOS International has received a new certification for the firm’s performance of language services.

Orion Assessment Services, a Canada-based standards evaluation organization, conducted the ASTM F3130-18 accreditation that verifies the longevity, reliability and credibility of a company’s service, SOSi said Wednesday.

The certification follows an industry standard that helps public and private sector entities select suitable service providers.

“To qualify for this accreditation, a company must adhere to meticulously established guidelines that ensure it has the policies, processes, procedures and resources needed to provide quality language services,” said Charles O’Brien, language services program director at SOSi.

The accreditation required assessments across multiple service areas such as client satisfaction, law compliance, recruiting ability, security and financial health.
