Human capital management firm Stillwater Human Capital has created a government services segment that will work with government contractors on employee recruitment, retention and transition efforts.

Stillwater said Tuesday the new division will focus on helping clients that work with the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice as well as other national security entities in hiring personnel with the appropriate certifications and clearances.

The government services arm builds on the company’s work supporting federal contractors in developing plans for employee retention, recruitment and transition support.

David Willard, founder and CEO at Stillwater, said the firm is focused on helping veteran job applicants and works to provide information technology support as well as professional input on staff augmentation, transition planning and workshare activities involving technologies such as cyber, cloud, analytics and simulation.

Stillwater is headquartered in Dulles, Va., and offers a range of personnel management support encompassing human capital recruitment, educational and government services.
