NGA Seeks Input on Agency Leadership Program Transformation - top government contractors - best government contracting event

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has issued a request for information to learn how digital media platform vendors could help update NGA’s learning methods for its 8,500 potential leadership development program beneficiaries.

The RFI notice posted Monday seeks vendor pitches to update the agency’s competency model and implement interactive content along with tools to support a standalone and a blended learning approach.

NGA said it uses classroom instruction as a primary method to develop competencies. The agency added its current leadership training framework has a singular focus on behaviors and limited view on the situation and individual.

Insights sought by the agency must supplement in-person and virtual instructor-led courses that include the use of online tools like Blackboard and SkillSoft, according to the notice.

White paper submissions are due July 12.
