ICE Seeks Input on eDiscovery Platform for Legal Advisory Unit - top government contractors - best government contracting event

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is soliciting information from companies that can provide a subscription-based software-as-a-service model to manage documents under the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor.

In a request for information notice posted on SAM.gov, the agency said it is planning to transition to an SaaS-based electronic discovery platform that will help OPLA process cases and other data relevant to its legal services.

OPLA provides legal and prudential support to ICE personnel in numerous aspects ranging from customs to administrative law, the Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and the Federal Tort Claims Act.

ICE stated that OPLA needs software capable of data collection, identification, preservation, production, review, redaction, processing and analysis. The technology must be certified under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program or is in the process of obtaining certification.

Interested parties may submit their responses to the RFI by Jan. 27.
