Creighton Reed, a business development executive, has joined artificial intelligence analytics tools provider Adarga as senior vice president.

In a LinkedIn post published Sunday, Reed said he will co-lead the U.S. operations of London-headquartered Adarga with Chris Gore, most recently president of U.S. risk intelligence firm J2X Solutions.

His appointment came days after Adarga acquired J2X Solutions as part of efforts to expand its portfolio of information intelligence capabilities and broaden its presence in the U.S. market.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Reed was a senior operations executive at Percipient.ai, where he was responsible for sales, partnership development and client relationship management efforts and supported clients in the U.S. national security and intelligence sectors.

He is a retired U.S. Marine Corps veteran whose industry career included time as a partner at DBO Partners, founder and principal at Gidleigh Resources, director of market development at Advent Software and investment analyst at Renaissance Technologies.

Reed also served as a business development executive at Palantir Technologies.
