The task order was issued under the Future Comsatcom Services Acquisition vehicle jointly managed by DISA and the General Services Administration, UltiSat said Monday.

Steve Roth, a program director at UltiSat, said the company aims to continue its role on the U.S. military’s Global Hawk program as a satellite communications service provider within USPACOM’s theater of operations.

Roth added the effort aligns with the company’s portfolio of airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance service offerings.

Gaithersburg, Maryland-based also offers broadband networking, digital telephony, video-on-demand and enterprise data services to military and government clients.
