ProSol Wins DISA Contract for Distributed Tactical Comm System Support - top government contractors - best government contracting eventThe Defense Information Systems Agency has awarded Professional Solutions1 a potential five-year, $48 million contract to provide global logistical services management support for DISA’s Distributed Tactical Communication System.

ProSol will also deploy field service representatives to support the Defense Department‘s Enhanced Mobile Satellite Service Gateway program under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, DoD said Friday.

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization received six proposals for the contract through a solicitation on FedBizOpps.

DoD noted the 12-month base period will run from Nov. 1 through Oct. 31 next year and will be financed with fiscal 2018 defense working capital funds.

Work will occur at various locations within the U.S. and deployed sites globally.

Alexandria, Virginia-based ProSol is a service disabled, veteran-owned company that offers special operations planning and support, cybersecurity, information technology, training and education services to the government sector.
