Mark Jones serves as senior director of sales for CA Technologies‘ public sector healthcare vertical.

In this role he assumed in January 2012, Jones is responsible for work to align the company’s offerings with agency goals.

He leads an organization that works with the departments of Health and Human Services and Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration and Military Health System.

Jones began his career with CA Technologies in 1995 as a customer solutions representative in the Herndon, Virginia-based federal office and has worked in the federal sector for more than 17 years.

He assumed the role of account director for the Department of Veterans Affairs in 1999 and helped to provide the agency with identity and access management, service availability, service management, test and development simulation and capacity planning offerings to help them meet their goals for the VA’s 16 major initiatives.

He is a graduate of Salisbury State University and has contributed to an ACT-IAC task force focused on electronic health record technologies.
