Naval Air Systems Command looks to hold a full and open competition for a new contract vehicle that will cover research, development, test, evaluation and deployment of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and targeting platforms.
NAVAIR said Monday in a FedBizOpps notice it expects to publish a formal request for proposals by Nov. 1.
The command would seek prototype technologies intended to help warfighters access image, communications, signal, measurement and signature intelligence data.
According to the notice, the upcoming multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is structured as a partial small business set-aside acquisition.
Interested proposers must be registered under the System for Award Management database and certified via the Defense Logistics Information Service.
