HighPoint Plans Digital Business Expansion in Indianapolis - top government contractors - best government contracting eventHighPoint Global expects to create 60 jobs over the next three years as part of a push to expand operations of its digital subsidiary in Indianapolis, Ind.

The company said Thursday it will hire instructional design, project management, systems administration and media development professionals in the coming months to help government clients transform citizen service delivery with digital technology.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered $630K in conditional tax credits and another $100K in training grants to the company’s job creation initiative.

Indy Chamber’s Develop Indy business unit recommended that the local government offer performance-based training grants worth up to $24K to HighPoint.

“Our Indianapolis team is comprised of talented, hard-working people, and we are excited to expand our team to include highly skilled IT professionals looking to apply their tech skills in a way that has a meaningful impact on citizens’ everyday lives,” HighPoint CEO Ben Lanius.

The company noted that 111 of its 350 employees work in the city.
