Mercury Systems has released a series of rugged rack-mount server units that will work to deliver optimized computing functions for defense, aerospace and mission applications.

The EnterpriseSeries RES AI computing servers are built to speed up workloads and are comprised of Intel processors, NVIDIA graphics processing units and field-programmable gate array accelerators, the company said Tuesday.

In addition, the servers offer updated security options, multiple form factors, scalable computing and extended longevity.

“Through close collaboration with technology leaders such as NVIDIA and Intel, we’ve developed reliable parallel computing systems that accelerate demanding artificial intelligence, signal intelligence, and sensor fusion applications where it’s needed the most,” said Scott Orton, vice president and general manager at Mercury’s trusted mission solutions segment.
