General Dynamics’ information technology business has received a potential $57M delivery order to incorporate a training curriculum into a learning program established by the U.S. Navy.

Scope of work will cover the implementation of instructional designs and evaluation methods through various training formats in support of the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning program, the company said Tuesday.

The RRL program seeks to optimize and update training and personnel management platforms in a move to employ, develop, manage and retain potential Navy members.

Leigh Palmer, senior vice president of defense division at General Dynamics’ information technology business, said the company will utilize new resources and tools to support Navy service members’ career advancement.
