Kimberly Pack Promoted to Wolf Den CEO; Barry Landew, Kevin Robbins Quoted - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Kimberly Pack, head of the strategy and management consulting practice at Wolf Den Associates, has been promoted to CEO of the McLean, Virginia-based professional services company in a move that takes effect Thursday.

She will take over the reins from Barry Landew and Kevin Robbins, who jointly established Wolf Den in 2009 with the goal to help federal contractors accelerate market growth, the company said Tuesday.

Landew said he and Robbins will continue to oversee major engagements after they pass the baton to Pack.

“We are doing this now while we can ensure a smooth transition and are also arming Kim with an additional pool of equity to be able to attract and retain the best and brightest to serve our over 400 customers,” the co-founder added.

Pack joined the consultancy in 2012 and has advised clients in areas such as organizational design, procurement, contracting and go-to-market strategy.

She spent more than two decades at Computer Sciences Corp.’s North American public sector arm working across and serves on the American Council for Technology–Industry Advisory Council.

“With Kim as CEO, we know we are securing Wolf Den’s future as a permanent fixture in the federal ecosystem,” said Robbins, a 2020 Wash100 Award recipient.
