The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity will host proposers’ days on Oct. 5 and 6 for the Securing our Underlying Resources in Cyber Environments program.

The SoURCE CODE program seeks technologies that will help forensic experts accelerate the process of attributing a cyber attack to its perpetrators by checking coding styles, according to a notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.

The technologies will work to automate the process of evaluating the similarities between binary code and source code files and matching them with known samples.

The Oct. 5 proposers’ day meeting will tackle the unclassified portion of the program. Interested parties can attend in person or via video conferencing.

The Oct. 6 meeting will tackle the classified portion of the program. Only those with the appropriate clearance will be allowed to participate.
