Concurrent Technologies CorpConcurrent Technologies Corp. will work with the U.S. Navy to help design, test and integrate airborne mine countermeasure sensors under a potential one-year, $15,338,026 contract.

The Navy plans to install the sensor systems on the MH-60S helicopter and is obligating $5,034,148 in fiscal year 2014 funding at the time of award, the Defense Department said Thursday.

CTC will also help the Navy modify carriage, stream, tow and recovery systems to incorporate the countermeasures on the helicopter.

Work will occur in Johnstown, Pa. through March 2015.
