ISight Partners has raised $30 million in a Series C round of equity financing with Bessemer Venture Partners as iSight seeks to expand its cyber threat intelligence offerings in the security market.
The cyber company said Monday it will use the added capital to build on its ThreatScape products and sales, marketing and integration partnership efforts amid recent cyber incidents.
“With criminals attacking POS systems, sophisticated cyber espionage campaigns and hacktivists materially impacting key industries, there is no doubt that enterprise security teams will use advanced threat intelligence to regain the advantage,” said John Watters, iSight CEO.
Over the past year, iSight said it has partnered with 20 companies that integrate its threat intelligence software to deliver functions such as governance, risk, compliance and incident response.
