software engineeringXerox has agreed to offer a Kofax business process management product in conjunction with Xerox’s suite of document management and managed print offerings.

The agreement calls for Xerox to sell and market the Kofax-made TotalAgility platform as well as to provide customers with product deployment and support services, Kofax said Thursday.
