ITphotoCA Technologies and Science Applications International Corp. have partnered to offer information technology services to help public-sector clients address IT management issues.

The agreement allows SAIC to use CA’s Unified Infrastructure Management platform to deliver IT managed services in the government market, the companies said Thursday.

CA designed UIM for service providers and enterprise customers to monitor critical systems across an organization.

“At CA, we are rewriting the landscape with our partners to create innovative uses of our technology,” said Alyssa Fitzpatrick, senior vice president of CA’s global partner organization.

Terry Hicks, SAIC vice president of IT managed services, said the partnership aims to meet clients’ enterprise requirements through an integrated offering.

CA will also provide SAIC with marketing and sales support through the former’s premier partner program.
